  One-on-one professional development advisement will be provided to all Student Chefs who are accepted into the specialized   culinary programmes. Mentors will work with each student chef to create a career plan for completion of the programme. Our   renowned faculty members, recognized as proven authorities in their specialized fields, will serve as your advisors. They will   help to determine your future professional development needs. The faculty and other resource persons have been chosen with   great care since they constitute the very means of successfully realizing the avowed objectives.
