Sprouts Educational Society is an association formed by a group of experienced Professional Chefs with a goal to promote awareness of the food service industry and impart specialized skills of the culinary world to young, talented & upcoming students.
Its main objective is to promote Culinary Institutes for the overall benefit of the country in general, and the state in particular.
Against this background, Roots Institute of Culinary Education was established in 2007 with the required infrastructure.
The ultimate aim is to create young capable Chefs and to provide excellent culinary education on-par with the global culinary schools, which would enable them to widen their wings in new horizons.
